BNAPS2026

BNAPEX 2026 is the annual convention, exhibition, and bourse of the British North America Philatelic Society (BNAPS), taking place 17–20 September 2026 at the Hôtel MOCO Valleyfield in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Québec, near Montréal. It is co-hosted by La Société d’histoire postale du Québec (SHPQ) and the BNAPS Lower Canada / Bas Canada Regional Group, with all official pages offered bilingually in English and French.

Program highlights

Thursday prelude: full-day bilingual guided tour of Montréal led by Thom Seivewright (limited spots, advance registration required)

Exhibition: 160 competitive BNAPS frames, plus shorter guided tours on Friday and Saturday

Bourse: 24 dealers — already sold out

Seminars and study group meetings across four rooms (Maresch, SHPQ, FQP, Waterfront), coordinating BNAPS and FQP programming

CAS & Air Mail Study Group Joint meeting

There will be a joint meeting of the CAS and BNAPS Air Mail Study Group in the Maresch room on Friday September 18, 2006 where we will have a Show & Tell and a group chat on various aerophilatelic topics. Please join us and socialize with members and the executive.

Social events: Friday billiards-and-dinner night at Dooly’s on-site, and the Saturday awards banquet

Free group transportation between Montréal-Trudeau airport / Dorval train station and the hotel

Anniversaries commemorated

Special covers and postmarks will mark the 50th anniversary of the Montréal Olympic Games and the 86th anniversary of Valleyfield’s famous regattas.

Access to the exhibition is free on Sunday; a $5/day walk-in fee applies Friday and Saturday for non-registrants
